Sunderland City Hall offers a bright, contemporary setting for your ceremony, and many couples continue the celebrations at the iconic Stadium of Light. Just around the corner, the regenerated Sheepfolds area has quickly become one of Sunderland's best spots for wedding photography, restored industrial buildings, exposed brick and steel, open walkways and river views combine for a distinctive, urban backdrop that feels completely different from the city centre. The striking City Crossing footbridge sits right alongside it, adding even more character for relaxed couple portraits.

Deb and Kraig's day captured all of this, laughter, family and plenty of personality, from City Hall through to celebrating in true Sunderland style. If you're getting married anywhere across these venues, I'd love to help capture it in the same relaxed, natural way.
