When you use the contact form on this site, we collect whatever you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, wedding date and message. We only ask for what's needed to reply to your enquiry.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your wedding, and arrange booking if you go ahead with us. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or share them with third parties for marketing.
The contact form sends your enquiry as an email to our own inbox. It isn't stored in a separate database on this website. Once booked, any documents or details we keep for your wedding are stored securely on Microsoft Office 365.
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser making a request to Google's servers to fetch the font files. Links to our Facebook and Instagram pages take you to those platforms directly, their own privacy policies apply once you're there.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing our data handler at datahandler@confettichasers.co.uk.
